Hey Guys!

I know I haven't really been giving my DA account all the attention it deserves, but that doesn't mean I've forgotten my art completely! Thus, here I am. School has been Incredibly stressful as of recently... what with exams and EQAO in less than two weeks, not to mention my three unfinished ISUs that are all due within the next week. Fun. Also, the pressure of memorizing my lines for the school play, PLUS my monologue (which is worth 10% of my final mark) has been weighing down my mind.

So anyway, I`ve been meaning to upload some of my sketches for a while now, and I thought I might as well do something useful with the time I purposefully put aside for procrastination. January is easily the busiest month for me, so I apologise for the long absence. One of my problems, which I am quite ashamed of, is my lack of art supplies... :S I have maxed out my sketch books, used all my canvases, and have resorted to painting chairs! XD But seriously, as I mentioned in my last journal, my big `personal project`was to paint a chair for my dramatic arts class. I have in fact finished the chair, but failed to take many good quality pictures of it. I will still upload a few pics when I figure out how to format it in such a way to make it look presentable.

On a more positive note, it is in fact my birthday tomorrow! I`ll be 15 in only a few hours, and am way more excited than I probably should be. XD I`ve basically been reminding my friends since October, so I`m sure they`ll be glad when it`s finally over Also, I`m turning 15 on the 15th, which I heard is good luck in some cultures. So here`s to 2013! New starts, more art, and another year of not legally being allowed to drive!
